What Time Is It in Our World?
We are living through an unprecedented transformation — one world is unraveling, while another struggles to be born. The assumptions and structures that once gave us stability are no longer reliable, and the future looks more uncertain than ever.
As humans we are hardwired to protect or attack in the face of threat, but we are also hardwired for resilience, collaboration, adaptability, and renewal. To this end, we are bringing our combined 100 years of experience in organizational leadership, trauma healing, top team alignment, and nature-based leadership together in the search for a generative response to the metacrisis.
We believe that the essential active ingredient for finding such a response — as organizations and communities — is the creation of pockets of coherence.
We are inviting a first cohort of courageous leadership teams into an 18-month deep exploration in cultivating coherence.
This program is a living, breathing prototype — the first of its kind. Working with the natural world as teacher and mentor, together we aim to build the individual and collective capacities needed to navigate the turbulence of our time with clarity, connection, and impact. It will unfold not only through the content we offer, but through the field we co-create together. The program will be shaped in real time by the emerging coherence of the group, the wisdom of nature, and the information carried by the unfolding future. The agenda outlined in the program is a living sketch — a compass rather than a fixed map.

We seek institutions that are leaning into regenerative, purpose-driven, and life-affirming futures — leadership teams that are questioning the limits of current paradigms, and are actively venturing into the unknown of the “third horizon.” The third horizon represents a vision of transformative future possibilities that offer long-term, systemic and cultural change.

If so, we invite you and two senior leaders from your organization (and an optional coach or consultant) to join a carefully selected group of leadership teams from businesses and not-for-profits for an 18-month journey of cultivating coherence at the levels of self, group, and ecosystem. This program is intensive — it is designed for teams that recognize coherence-building as an institutional priority and are committed to pioneering new ways of leading and organizing.
This program offers a rare opportunity to develop the essential capacities needed to lead in an era of profound transition. You will be together with peers facing similar challenges in an intimate setting, learning with and from the natural world and each other in navigating the transitional tides.
Key Program Information
Course Type: In person and online
Date: Early Spring 2026 — Summer 2027
Duration: 18 months
Live Workshops: 15 days across 4 live modules
Location: Bavarian Alps (South of Munich)
Online Sessions: 30 hours (individual, team, and full-cohort sessions)
Fieldwork: Ongoing implementation of coherence principles and practices. You will identify 1–2 projects or processes that will be spaces for experimenting with creating a coherence culture.
Participants: 3 senior leaders per organization, plus (optional) a coach or consultant who can support your team in the implementation of the program into your organization. A total of 21–24 people in senior leadership roles from 7–8 companies and societal organizations.
Price: Our mission is to support organizations and communities that are part of creating a life-affirming future for all of life on Earth. As such we enter into a mutual process with each participating institution to determine what feels possible, right and aligned with the deeper intention of the journey.
Facilitation: Led by 4 seasoned coaches/consultants with combined 100 years of experience in organizational leadership, trauma healing, top team alignment, and nature-based leadership.
Our Methodology
Our approach is grounded in a deeply felt relationship with the Earth, attuned with the wisdom and the rhythms of the natural world. It is both inspired by the timeless wisdom traditions and their rituals, and informed by the latest discoveries in neuroscience and change. We believe that nature is not only a mirror but a mentor — a living teacher revealing the wild, creative intelligence that lies within each of us.
In our combined experience supporting leaders of companies, governments, and NGOs, we have learned to engage mind, body, heart, soul, and the collective intelligence for transformational change.
We bring together practices from different disciplines into an integral methodology that supports participants through a deep, embodied developmental journey, as individuals and as a team. Important elements in our methodology are somatic and energy work, relational and attunement practices, contemplative practices, transformational leadership, and systemic work. Much of this is held in wild and natural landscapes, allowing the land itself to participate in the work.
